fix names of Xtensa property sections

My big change to the Xtensa port on 2004-10-07 introduced a bug in the naming of 
Xtensa property sections.  I'm committing this patch to fix it on both the 
mainline and 2.16 branches.

	* elf32-xtensa.c (xtensa_get_property_section_name): Add missing
	periods in linkonce_kind values.
