[PATCH] re-add sb_add_buffer

Hi Jan,

I was about to send you an email saying "please fix this comment to 
conform to the GNU Coding standard" when I checked and saw that none of 
the comments in the sb.c file conform.  So instead I am going to check 
in the attached patch to fix the formatting of all of them.
