Synchronise copyright dates reported by --version

Hi Guys,

  I am applying the attached patch to synchronise the date in the
  copyright messages reported by gas, ld and the binutils.  (Gprof has
  its own copyright assigned to the Regents of the University of
  California, so I am not touching that).
