[PATCH]: Fix comparison between signed and unsigned warning in ld

Hi

This patch fixes a build time warning for ld while building on cygwin 
host. As we use -werror the build broke for ld when this warning
was emitted when compiling binutils with gcc 3.4.4

Is it OK?
