Thumb32 assembler (52/69)

Tidying.  Mostly the result of running M-x tabify over the entire
file, but there's also one functional change: optional operand parse
codes are no longer pinned to start at 0x80.  This makes the object
code for parse_operands significantly smaller (mainly because there's
no longer a huge gap in the middle of its case table).
