Thumb32 assembler (14/69)

Simplification of the handling of PSR codes.  The hash table now
contains only the suffix; the initial [CS]PSR_? is parsed by hand.
This halves the size of the static table, since it no longer needs
separate entries for CPSR_foo and SPSR_foo.
