Dlltool --kill-at broken

	* dlltool.c (make_one_lib_file): For IDATA6 take the name from
	exp->internal_name if it is present.


breaks the use of --kill-at to fixup a stdcall decorated (trailing @nn) symbol in import
lib to an undecorated symbol in the dll. This in turn breaks the win32api libraries upon
which cygwin and mingw depend.
