The canonical name for synthesizable ARM cores is with '-s' at the end
of the name. This patch allows the assembler to recognize that. For
now we also support the old names (without the '-').

	* tc-arm.c (arm_cpus, arm_fpus): Allow <cpu>-s as well as <cpu>s
	for synthesizable cores.
