No sorry, but I am not going to apply this patch.  The changes to the 
GAS testsuite do not fix any failures and in fact they introduce more 
failures.

Meanwhile the patch to config.sub needs to be submitted to the config 
files maintainer at:  <config-patches@gnu.org>.
