Your URLs now don't work for me either.  Something is wrong with
cvsweb.

Overseers, any idea why:
  http://sources.redhat.com/cgi-bin/cvsweb.cgi/~checkout~/src/gas/NEWS?only_with_tag=binutils-2_15&content-type=text/plain&cvsroot=src

returns a server error?
