I've just committed a bunch of makefile etc. regenerations.  Boring
enough that I don't think anyone even wants to see the ChangeLogs
on the list.

I'm also about to commit this little testsuite fix for powerpc-linux.

	* ld-scripts/provide-2.d: Ignore random symbols.
