[Patch] Switching sh-*rtems to ELF

Hi,

we (RTEMS) would like to switch sh-*rtems from COFF to ELF with
binutils-2.15/gcc-3.4.

Patches against binutils-2.15 can be found in the attachments,
corresponding patches against gcc-3.4/gcc-3.5 already have been
submitted to gcc-patches.
