cosmetic PT_GNU_STACK patch

The following patch makes it clearer to readelf users that the
PT_GNU_STACK segment type is a GNU extension.  Okay for mainline?

       * readelf.c (get_segment_type): Display "GNU_STACK", not just
       "STACK", when a PT_GNU_STACK segment is encountered.
