Patch gas MIPS tests to use -64 rather than -n64

I checked in this patch to the gas MIPS testsuite, to make a couple of
tests use -64 rather than -n64.  There is no -n64 option; -n64 was
treated as -n -64.  The -n option was not needed, and I am about to
remove it.
