Yes.  It's still a hack, and an odd thing that undefined symbols have a
non-zero value.  Jakub's ELF_LINK_POINTER_EQUALITY_NEEDED changes for
x86 will of course mean that the great majority of undefined functions
_won't_ have this odd property of being defined to their plt slot.
