SH4A Support

We're having problems with our SH4A board but we're running it in SH4 
compatability mode because we're stuck using the 2.12.1 binutils for 
now.  Before I recommended moving to a current version I wanted to make 
sure the support was complete.  Thanks for your prompt reply.
