how to faster rebuild gcc after changes in binutils

If you have just changed the linker you could do:

    make clean-ld all-ld install-ld

similarly if you have just changed the assembler:

    make clean-gas all-gas install-gas

or the binutils:

    make clean-binutils all-binutils install-binutils
