Approved and applied - but ... a) you do not need to include the changes 
to automatically generated files such as bfd-in2.h and libbfd.h in the 
actual patch file.  Plus b) it appears that you based your patch off an 
old set of sources since there were lots of minor formatting differences 
included in the changes.
