PATCH: Reserve an i386 relocation

This is fine.

One very minor quibble though.  I would suggest changing the word 
"Reserved" to "Used".  The point being that "reserved" implies that 
Intel has the power to select and choose which reloc values it uses and 
that the rest of us have to live with their decision.  Whereas "used" 
implies that Intel are using the value but that they did not make the 
decision unilaterally.
