[RFA]: Document linker specific options for 68HC11/HC12

Hi!

When I've integrated the trampoline support for 68HC11/HC12 in the linker, I wrote
the documentation but forgot to submit it.  The following patch documents the specific
part for the linker for 68HC11 and 68HC12 (trampoline and linker relaxation).

Can you approve this patch?
