[PATCH]: Fix alignment/padding of 68HC12 sections during final link

Hi!

Committed this patch to fix an alignment problem for 68HC12 during final link.
The size of loadable sections should be a power of 2 to avoid problems with
loaders and bdm pods.  Pad using the nop.
