FYI: mips tests totally broken if ECOFF.

FYI, since May, running the MIPS tests for ECOFF targets
(e.g. mips-ecoff 8-) is totally broken .

Looks like back in May, "-32" or similar was added to the assembler
args for most of the MIPS tests, and ECOFF assemblers don't recognize
that flag.

I don't particularly care, but until now when i've been running the
gas testsuite i've often included mips-ecoff.  (that'll now stop,
since it no longer produces meaningful results.)  Somebody searching
the list years from now might wonder, so i thought i'd tell them.  8-)
