No more snapshots?

There is no ``they,'' there's just me.  The script is
    ~ian/bin/binutils-snapshot
which invokes the script
    ~ian/bin/binutils-cvs-snapshot
Both files are on sourceware.org aka sources.redhat.com.  The
binutils-snapshot script is invoked by my crontab.

The script does use src-release to make the actual tar ball, but it
has to do a bit more than that also.

I don't think the script really belongs in the binutils repository,
because it's fairly sourceware specific.  But I can check it into the
sourceware infra repository if that would be helpful.
