binutils bug data base?

I must be incredibly dense.  Or maybe it's just because
it's Monday.....

Somewhere out there is a listing of all the known binutils
bugs -- bugzilla, gnats, something -- but I just can't seem
to find it.  It's probably right in front of my face but I
just am not seeing it....I've tried gnu.org, sources.redhat.com
and followed a lot of google links, but I must be missing
something.

Forgive my ignorance, but can someone please point me
to where I could find such a list?  I'd like to start
cataloging all ia64 bugs and start working on fixing
them as well as add some test cases for other ia64
stuff.....
