I suggest you use the "Sender: binutils-owner@sources.redhat.com"
header.  Alternatively and less robust, the From, To and Cc
fields, of course.  Dunno if you can get to those in outlook.

No it isn't, not for this list and please let's never munge the
subject like that for the benefit of flawed mail clients.  Really.
