Compiling binutils-2.14: -dynamic-linker ignored for libraries

I just installed an older version at /pkg/glibc-2.3.1 and symlinked
it to /pkg/glibc. Now,  ldd /pkg/binutils-2.14/lib/*  refers to the
dynamic linker at /pkg/glibc-2.3.1/lib/ld-linux.so.2. Everything's
fine then, I guess.
