coff testsuite failures

Umm, is the presence of those symbols a bug or is that as it
should be?  If it's a bug, but not one of priority, I suggest
xfailing *-*-*coff for those tests.

If it's as it should be, then I guess a few well-placed "#..."
lines in macros/app*.d would fix it hopefully without hopefully
breaking the integrity of the tests.
