[PATCH] Reduce MIPS section alignment

Hello All,

this patch reduces the alignment requirements of some sections to
values seen on IRIX. It also changes the n32 ABI's names for
.options and .stub to the IRIX ones.

The patch is gziped due to the testcase size. Tested for mips-linux,
mipsel-linux, mips-elf.
