IA-64 ld error reporting

Hi!

Haven't had time to investigate this in detail yet, but it seems
bfd_simple_get_relocated_section_contents does not work on IA-64,
particularly when linking libc.so, if there is some undefined symbol
in libc_pic.os and thus ld wants to emit an error about it,
bfd_generic_get_relocated_section_contents aborts (during relocation
of libc_pic.os's .debug_info section).
