AM33/2.0 support added to mn10300-elf

This patch introduces AM33/2.0 support in the mn10300-elf toolchain.
AM33/2.0 introduces a single-precision floating point unit to the
original AM33.

This was the first port I did at Red Hat, and it's a shame that it
took me so long to contribute it.  I'm checking this in, after testing
it with a i686-pc-linux-gnu-x-mn10300-elf uberbaum build.  GCC,
newlib, GDB bits will be posted to the corresponding mailing lists.
