[PATCH] AM_INSTALL_LIBBFD: incorrect help text

in bfd/acinclude.m4:

--install-libbfd should be --enable-install-libbfd

tested with a recent Cygwin install (aclocal and autoconf need to be
re-run in at least bfd/ and opcodes/; someone more familiar with this may
want to double-check)

This seems to have been introduced in rev 1.6 of acinclude.m4

Can someone with write permissions check this in?
