Query on dwarf1 format of debugging information

Hi
I have a problem in understanding the AT_location attribute in the
Dwarf1 format.  There is no indication of the values of the location
atoms in the dwarf1 specifications?
I would like to know how or from where i can get these values and
interpret the AT_location information.
