[rfa] src-release: remove dejagnu/example/calc droppings

Here is a patch to fix pr gdb/708:
http://sources.redhat.com/gdb/bugs/708
Can't build gdb 5.3 branch (and probably trunk).
The patch simply adds some 'rm -f' commands to src-release
to clean up the files that 'make distclean' missed.
If anyone ever fixes dejagnu and re-imports it, then
'src-release' will still work; the 'rm -f' commands will
have no effect.
Testing: I did "make -f src-release gdb+dejagnu.tar.bz2",
and then did a tar-xjf/configure/make/make-install cycle
and saw that it worked.
I would like to apply this to src HEAD, wait a few days,
then apply it to src gdb_6_0-branch.
Okay to apply to src HEAD?
[Note: I have copyright assignment on file for binutils, dejagnu, gdb,
among other programs, so I think I am okay to contribute to this file]
