[m68k] Add MCF528x (MCFv4) support

Actually this patch adds support for support for most of the various
ColdFire chips that are shipping, as well as support for the ColdFire V4e core.

The 528x is a ColdFire V2 core extended by the bitrev, byterev, ff1,
and strldsr instructions.
