[patch] Namespace cleanup

Hi,

I've done a major namespace cleanup in the tic4x target. Mainly it is 
about replacing 'c4x' with 'tic4x' in the sources. Any objections before 
I commit? [I mean, can this have sideeffects I haven't thought about?]
