Excellent -- thank you Ian and Nick for the patch! As for the test,
I don't have access to MS tools either, sorry.

Nick, I've sent in the copyright assignment last week, it should
reach the FSF shortly (like today or tomorrow). What else do I 
need to do to get my patch in?
