PATCH: Fix ld for ELF/PPC

Alan,
   Okay I repeated the build of binutils 2.13.90.0.5 with the 
previous patch sans the ld/emulparams/elf32ppc.sh changes.
The resulting binutils builds fine, passes make check and once
install builds a prelinkable libhesiod.so.0. So the fix to    
ld/emultempl/elf32.em looks to be sufficient to resolve the
problem. Do you plan to regress the ld/emulparams/elf32ppc.sh
changes back out of binutils cvs since they seem unnecessary?
