	flags to reduce the number of warnings.
	* bfd/cpu-tic4x.c: Ditto
	* gas/config/tc-tic4x.c: Ditto and converted all C-functions to
	K&R format.
	* opcodes/tic4x-dis.c: Ditto and converted all C-functions to K&R.
