Keeper of the ELF header e_flags bit assignments?

 Well, the responsible authority for the ELF spec is currently Caldera --
see 'http://www.caldera.com/developers/devspecs/'.  But wrt the EF_MIPS_*
fields there is some kind of a disagreement here -- search archives of
this list for a recent discussion.  If you have a proposal related to one
of these fields, it's probably best to be discussed here.
