[PATCH] MIPS bfd: abi 64 ld -r

	* elf64-mips.c (mips_elf64_be_swap_reloca_out): Handle type2 and type3.
	* elfxx-mips.c (_bfd_mips_elf_final_link): Always create
	.MIPS.options/.options section.


The config.bfd change has already gone in so I would like to amend
this to only consider the above changes and withdraw the config.bfd
and elfn32-mips (rela changes Alex discussed in this thread) changes.  Okay?
