...oops, and the changelog entry:

        * config.bfd (mips*el-*-netbsd*, mips*-*-netbsd*): Add
        bfd_elf64_bigmips_vec and bfd_elf64_littlemips_vec to
        targ_selvecs.

I just committed it (approved by Eric Christopher offline).
