You're the maintainer, so you can add tests for your target
without approval.  You added a *whole* target-specific
test-suite but I really can't think that changes matters, since
it follows the existing model for such tests.

This file says I wrote it, so it looks like I'm the point of
contact for these tests.  It's sufficient that it says that it's
based on ld-sh/rd-sh.exp.  Thanks.
