[Patch] sh64: Set ISA bit in entry-point of DSO

Attached is a patch to correctly set the ISA bit (bit 0) of the
entry-point of a DSO  (i.e. an ELF file of type ET_DYN).
Currently, this bit is always set 0, which may or may not be the
correct ISA.
