[patch] (hppa) allow cache-hints for some insns

The patch is incorrect.  The cache control hints are a pa20 feature.
The "stws", "sths" and "stbs" are anachronistic and used only with pa10.
I think the cache hints are already there for the pa20 forms of "stw",
"sth" and "stb".  The same is true for the floating stores.
