QNX bfd patch updates

Hi, all.

Ooops!

I missed three lines in my take 2 patch, so I sent a take 3 to Alan
Modra and Daniel Jacobowitz.  The three lines are in bfd/elfxx-target.h.
I sent Alan and Daniel the complete updated patches, as I have already
posted a few in the mailing list at large, and am starting to feel like 
mail-bomber!

I hope this is ok.  If not, I can repost (again) the complete patches.

My bad - not sure how I missed it, but I did.
