gas d10v tests

[Tom Rix]

I am checking these changes in for the authors listed in the
ChangeLog's.

This patch contains several fixes and a number of tests.    The change
to gas-defs.exp has already been approved.

	* lib/gas-defs.exp (run_dump_test): Add error option.
