How to reach ELF specification maintainers?

Hello,

I'd like to register new architectures for the e_machine field in ELF
headers.  However, I haven't found any way to get in touch with ELF
people.  The closest I've seen so far are Caldera's System V ABI
specification

and Intel's Tool Interface Standard:
  http://developer.intel.com/vtune/tis.htm
.  Neither of these hint at any contact information.

It seems there has been numerous new e_machine architectures, so
someone must know.  Anyone here?
