ld -R/--just-symbols broken in 2.11 and 2.12 ?

Ok,  for some reason I had to remove <build_dir>/bfd/bfd.h as well ?
The bfd/doc/bfd.h was rebuilt though if thats of any help.

Other than that,  applied the patch to the current CVS and it all compiled
and seems to be working just fine.  I'll let you know if I find any
problems,  but from here it looks good,
