What is .jcr and .gnu.linkonce.s*?

What is it comparable to and where should it appear in the linker
script? 

I still don't understand why I am getting a warning for not
specifying it for programs compiled with gcc 3.1 for the
arm-rtems, m68k-rtems, and sparc-rtems targets.  I have
no compiled java in the executables -- most are only C.
Those are all ELF targets if it matters.
