Would the authors of the above file please read
http://sources.redhat.com/ml/binutils/2002-07/msg00133.html and
update the code accordingly?  I guess this file was developed before I
made this change, but I think it's worth being consistent.  Especially
note the internal reloc freeing bug.

What alerted me to this, was:
